Any consultant/candidate we introduce to a client for HRIS service will have been introduced by our known network. We only work with consultants that have been recommended to us by industry experts we trust or if they have worked with our consultants in the past or they contact us having heard of us through our network. We do not advertise any roles, not even on our website; we keep details on a need to know basis.
For permanent positions, we only offer "Retained" or "Contingent" services to our clients meaning they are not working with others giving our consultants the best possible chance of getting the right role. We take pride in being specific to Workday Recruitment.
